How many times a day do you visit?
We can visit as many times as you require.
How long do visits last?
Dogs - Visits last up to 30 minutes.
Cats and Small Animals - Visits last up to 20 minutes.

What about security?
We use unmarked vehicles, as we do not want to advertise that you are away from home. We also try to vary the time of the visits.
All pet visitors are security checked by the Criminal Records Bureau. We are fully insured members of NARP.
We are not an agency and we personally look after all pets in our care. We do not sub-contract to other companies.
Will you medicate my pet?
We are happy to administer oral, topical and injectable medications.
Please note that there is a small surcharge for administering injections.
What happens if my pet becomes unwell?
We will take your pet to its own Veterinary Surgeon where possible. We must be notified of any pre-existing conditions at time of booking. You will be responsible for any veterinary bills.

How do I book?
For new clients we will arrange an initial consultation to meet you and your pets. This is free of charge and lasts approximately 30 minutes.

We offer this service 7 days a week 365 days a year. It is therefore sensible to book early for cover during the busy holiday times to avoid disappointment.
How do I pay?
A 50% deposit is required to secure booking. The remainder must be available for us to collect on our first visit, or when we collect the keys.
You can pay by cheque or cash. Credit card facilities or bank transfers are also available upon request.
For Christmas and New Year bookings, the 50% deposit for bookings is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
